A firm’s character shows most clearly when something has gone wrong. If we have fallen short, we want to hear about it directly - and you can expect it to be dealt with personally, quickly and without fuss.
1How to raise a complaint
Reach us in whatever way suits you:
- Email - complaints@privatehealthpartners.co.uk
- Telephone - 01522 459370
- Post - Private Health Partners Ltd, Commerce House, Carlton Boulevard, Lincoln LN2 4WJ
Your complaint is handled by a director of the firm, and we will tell you who is dealing with it.
2What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly - normally within three business days - and investigate it fully. Where we can put things right immediately, we will. Where the matter needs proper investigation, we will keep you informed as we go and send our final response as quickly as we can, and within eight weeks at the very latest.
3If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with our final response - or more than eight weeks have passed - you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service: a free, independent service for resolving disputes between consumers and financial firms. Referrals should normally be made within six months of our final response.
